Yesterday I received two packages from Amazon.com, one was the Glidecam 4000 and the other was our JVC camera.My initial impressions are very positive. I love the look of the JVC, the Fujinon lens is simply amazing, and from just playing around for a bit I'd say the controls are very intuitive. I've only seen the footage through the LCD screen and viewfinder, but so far so good!
The Glidecam is difficult to balance and I wish we had a support arm and vest for it. Together the camera and Glidecam weigh 13lbs, which quickly tires your arm.
